What we did
Beechwood Park is a retirement community of one, two and three-bedroom bungalows and apartments in the market town of Stow.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from the town, the Park village features 106 homes, with a range of facilities, including a wellness suite, brasserie and bar, a community hub, roof terrace and more.
The SD teams team have been carrying out internal mastic works to Beechwood’s kitchens, bathrooms and floor coverings, along with external mastic works to multiple frames and wall expansion joints.
We are immensely proud of the quality of service, attention to detail and professionalism we employ, making us one of the market leaders in this demanding industry and the work on this project was no exception.
Results
We are very proud of the work achieved here in Stow-on-the-Wold, and you can see an example of the kitchens and bathrooms after completion. The developers were very happy with how the properties were finished and we look forward to working with Stepnell again.
